Welcome to PestControl AI SEO Ranker ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PestControl AI SEO Ranker website, dashboard, AI Studio, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance through our payment processor and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for the next billing cycle.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Generate or distribute misleading, defamatory, or deceptive SEO content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI) to produce recommendations, audits, and content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated material before publishing it or relying on it for business decisions.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the websites, keywords, and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit any Customer Content you provide.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Search, Google Business Profile, OpenAI, and SERP data providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by PestControl AI SEO Ranker and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, or business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
