1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge if they are not satisfied with the Service. This applies to your initial subscription only.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided outside the 7-day window above.

3. Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused full months if you cancel within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the term.

4. AI Usage & Add-Ons

One-time purchases such as AI credit top-ups, additional keyword tracking bundles, or audit packs are non-refundable once consumed. Unused add-ons purchased within the last 14 days may be refunded on request.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued where:

• The account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or repeated refund requests are suspected.
• The refund window has elapsed and no extenuating circumstances apply.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@pestcontrolaiseoranker.com from the address on your account with your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
